About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Wayne Nichols Insurance & Financial Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential client markets and assess their needs.
  • Premium Calculation: Accurately calculate premiums for various insurance products.
  • Client Onboarding: Establish and maintain client relationships, ensuring they have the necessary insurance coverage.
  • Market Identification: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Policy Administration: Ensure all policy requirements are met, including forms, medical examinations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products, including group and individual packages, risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance to clients.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Insurance Experience: Have experience working with life insurance products.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, client focus, and oral and written communication skills.
