About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Wayne Nichols Insurance & Financial Services Ltd. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and selling property and casualty coverage to individual clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Sales: Analyze client needs and use your persuasive skills to help them choose the right coverage.
  • Quote Preparation and Contract Issuance: Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts to clients.
  • File Management and Renewals: Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • OTL License: An Other Than Life (OTL) license is a requirement to start.
  • Customer Service Skills: You must be a forward-thinking individual who is willing to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Benefits: Health and dental benefits are included.
