About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Wayne Nichols Insurance & Financial Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential client markets and assess their insurance needs.
  • Premium Calculation: Accurately calculate premiums for various insurance products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance coverage needs are met.
  • Market Identification: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all policy requirements are completed and that clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products, including life, health, and property insurance, to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell insurance products to clients, focusing on the benefits and features of each product.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as insurance sales or financial services.
  • Certifications: Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
