We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Insight Psychological Inc.

About the Role

As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with our team to provide high-quality counseling and assessment services to individuals, families, and groups. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in areas such as trauma, autism spectrum disorder, and child and adolescent issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including individual, group, and family therapy
  • Conduct assessments and diagnoses in areas such as autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Registration as a Provisional or Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists or as a Registered Clinical Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers
  • Two or more years of direct experience in counseling and therapy services
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and treatment
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and healthcare professionals
