Your Role:

As the Foundations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the execution of a well-integrated curriculum that emphasizes early engagement with clinical content, patients, and community settings. Your collaboration with dedicated stakeholders and your proficiency in managing online course materials, assessments, and evaluations will be essential for the effective implementation of the Foundations Curriculum. You will utilize your strong analytical skills and technical expertise to navigate evolving circumstances and embrace the latest educational technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive information regarding programs and courses.
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of online course content, as well as the organization and distribution of course evaluations.
  • Facilitate committee operations and manage logistics for exams/assessments, including room bookings and event coordination.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for teaching assistants, course instructors, lecturers, and exam invigilators.
  • Provide initial support and referrals for individuals in distress.
  • Maintain attendance records and monitor online student evaluations for assigned courses.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Coordinate project tasks and strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in coordinating academic courses within a university or similar environment.
  • Proven experience in managing time-sensitive projects and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with coordinating course materials, assessments, and applying relevant policies and procedures.
  • Experience in organizing exams, room bookings, and event logistics.
  • Capability to provide committee support and update course materials effectively.
  • Experience in data compilation, analysis, and report generation.
  • Technical proficiency with student information systems, learning management systems, and content management systems.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite and Adobe Professional.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also collaborating with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MEDSIS and/or Elentra.
