Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to coordinate an undergraduate practical laboratory course in Physics at the University of Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the practical laboratory course, ensuring smooth delivery and effective supervision of teaching assistants.
  • Oversee the training and development of teaching assistants, including the submission of DDAH forms.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure the course is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Responsible for submitting final practical grades.
Requirements
  • PhD in Physics required.
  • Previous experience in teaching introductory laboratory physics at the university level is essential.
Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience and demonstrated ability in teaching a similar course.
