Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business, including their goals, challenges, and pain points
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's industry and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on national accounts
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of the customer's business and industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics
  • Experience working with CRM systems
