Sales Director

Brandt is seeking a Sales Manager for our Rockyview Agriculture (John Deere) location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging, as well as protect company assets, including new and used wholegood inventory.
- Ensure the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Manage and develop all employees in the Sales Department, focusing on building a motivated and successful workforce.
- Achieve market share goals for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assist in managing branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Confident decision-making skills in financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
- Available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be required.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
