Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth professional to join our team at Serv Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success.
About the Role:
The Head of Revenue Growth will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development. You will have experience in scaling revenue operations in a startup environment and a deep understanding of our market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Revenue Growth Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans to drive business expansion and revenue increase.
- Lead and Grow the Sales Team: Mentor, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and Optimize Revenue Opportunities: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams and optimize existing ones.
- Develop and Refine Sales Processes: Design and implement efficient sales processes to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing strategies are driving quality leads and supporting revenue goals.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Revenue Operations: Ensure seamless execution of revenue strategies and implement tools and systems to track and optimize revenue performance.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior revenue, sales, or business development role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
