About Our Team

In a hotel as big as ours, we need all hands on deck to ensure efficient operations. As a Hotel Operations Manager, you'll help lead the team in the following areas:

  • Customer Engagement: You'll lead the pack in engaging with pets and pet parents, getting to know each visitor's unique personality and ensuring a great experience that keeps them coming back.
  • Safety: The safety of our pets is our top priority. As the Hotel Operations Manager, you'll foster a happy, healthy, and clean environment for pets and associates, including regular policy audits.
  • Team Leadership: You'll hire, train, and encourage a team of dedicated Pets Hotel associates to provide an unforgettable customer experience.
