Job Description

Overview

Alberta Corp is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure that all aspects of hotel operations are running smoothly
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and increase revenue
  • Manage the hotel's budget and ensure that all financial targets are met
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and that the hotel is compliant with all relevant regulations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and management principles
