Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Asung Trading Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process import and export documents, including customs forms and commercial invoices.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients and suppliers.
  • Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, and storage of imported goods.
  • Advise clients on export and import restrictions, tariff systems, and insurance requirements.
  • Prepare contracts and other papers, including letters of credit and bills of lading.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
