Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Koprich Paralegal Services. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and prosecution of intellectual property matters.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on intellectual property matters and represent clients before the Registrar of Trade-Marks
- Prepare and assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial
- Coordinate administrative services and perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems
- Represent clients before administrative tribunals and boards regarding criminal driving offences
- Research records, court files, and other legal documents
- Schedule court trials and arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
