Paralegal Specialist

We are a leading provider of paralegal services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our clients. As a Paralegal Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our lawyers to provide expert advice and representation.
Key Responsibilities- Client Representation: Advise clients on intellectual property matters and represent them before the Registrar of Trade-Marks.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on records, court files, and other legal documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document Preparation: Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Case Management: Coordinate administrative services, schedule court trials, and arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings.
- Communication: Interview clients, witnesses, and other related parties, and provide clear and concise explanations of rights and obligations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of court proceedings, judgements, and other relevant information.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
