Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient software systems
  • Lead and mentor junior software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture standards and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and efficiency
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of database design and data modeling
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
