Aviva Enterprise Content Management Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team at Aviva. As an ECM Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our content management systems and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of ECM solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly content management systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices for ECM solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality ECM solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading ECM projects and teams, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of ECM technologies, including content management systems, workflow engines, and search platforms.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
