ECM Technical Lead Job Description

At Aviva, we're seeking a highly skilled ECM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you'll be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our ECM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of ECM solutions in a cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with project teams and end-users to provide SME-level consultation.
  • Establish and follow coding standards.
  • Debug and unit test code.
  • Mentor junior resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling.
  • Minimum 5 years' ECM experience with well-known ECM technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL query language.
  • Agile software development experience.
