ECM Technical Lead Job Description

Aviva Canada is seeking a highly skilled ECM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of ECM solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization and align with industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ECM requirements.
  3. Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient ECM solutions.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging ECM technologies and trends.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience with well-known ECM technologies (IBM FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, etc.).
  3. Deep knowledge of data modeling and SQL query language.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Agile software development experience, including Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  6. Domain knowledge on Property & Casualty Insurance.
  7. Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering.
