ECM Technical Lead Job Description

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled ECM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our ECM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of ECM solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization and align with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ECM requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient ECM architectures.
  • Develop and maintain ECM documentation, including technical guides and user manuals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new ECM solutions and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with ECM technologies, including IBM FileNet, OpenText, and Documentum.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling and SQL query language.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
