We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at SpecView Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and maintaining computerized stock inventory.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Perform tasks such as invoicing clients, arranging for shipping, receiving, and storage, and providing customer service.
- Maintain supply storage areas and pack items for shipping and distribution.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
