We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant/ Administrative Support professional to join our team at FitFix Inc. in Calgary.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage office systems, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and calendar bookings.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.
Requirements:
- Excellent English speaking, writing, and phone communication skills.
- Ability to make warm and cold calls.
- Superb listening and tracking skills.
- Proficiency in MS and IOS, with the ability to integrate systems.
- Experience with bookkeeping and accounts payable through Jobber Platform.
- Strong knowledge of office-related platforms, including QB and social media.
