We are currently seeking an experienced Transportation Customer Service Representative for our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on and personal with their customers, handling customer requirements from start to finish.

The role consists of:

  • Order entry and maintenance
  • Scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments
  • Ensuring service levels are met
  • Liaison between shippers, receivers, and our drivers
  • Maximizing utilization of resources in a cost-effective manner
  • Accessorial charge management
  • OS&D tracking
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidates should have:

  • Strong customer service focus
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in the transportation industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hours of Service and geographical knowledge
  • Transportation weights and measures
  • Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
  • Experience managing OS&D and claims
