Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Montreal Visa Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Manage incoming mail and electronic correspondence, and distribute as required
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Prepare and key in correspondence, legal documents, and reports
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
