Job Summary

We are seeking an Early Career HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing administrative tasks related to human resources management, assisting the HR Supervisor and other administrative staff as needed, and providing support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Supervisor in executing administrative tasks related to human resources management, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Provide support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including employee data, benefits information, and other HR-related documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor or other management staff.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
