Position: Project Coordinator in Construction

SAJO is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Project Coordinator in construction for our Montreal office.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A university degree or technical diploma in engineering, architecture, building sciences, or construction technology.
  • Experience: 3+ years of construction experience.
Skills and Responsibilities:
  • The project coordinator will work closely with the project manager to accomplish daily administrative tasks required for project implementation. This includes obtaining pricing from subcontractors, tabulating results, obtaining permits and insurances, and following up on plans and requests.
  • The project coordinator must have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be a supportive team player.
  • Computer proficiency is required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English are required.

  • Éducation: Un diplôme universitaire ou technique dans les domaines de l'ingénierie, de l'architecture, des sciences du bâtiment ou de la technologie de la construction.
  • Expérience: 3+ années d'expérience en construction.
  • Le coordonnateur de projet doit travailler en étroite collaboration avec le/la gérant(e) de projet et l'assister dans l'accomplissement de toutes les tâches administratives quotidiennes nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des projets.
  • Le coordonnateur de projet doit avoir une excellente capacité organisationnelle et être axé sur les détails ainsi qu'être un joueur d'équipe qui apporte son soutien aux autres.
  • D'excellentes compétences en informatique sont requises.
  • De solides compétences en communication orale et écrite, à la fois, en français et en anglais sont requises.
