Job Summary

We are seeking an Early Career HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for executing administrative tasks related to human resources management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Supervisor and other administrative units as needed.
  • Execute tasks related to employee onboarding, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee records, including processing exceptions and verifying pay calculations.
  • Coordinate with the payroll service to resolve anomalies and ensure accurate pay calculations.
  • Update employee records and maintain accurate files.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
