We are a leading bakery specializing in high-quality desserts and pastries. We are seeking a skilled Head Baker to join our team.

Job Summary

The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing the baking process, ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and baking skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our dessert and pastry offerings.
  • Baking and Production: Oversee the baking process, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train baking personnel, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a baking or pastry role.
  • Skills: Strong baking skills, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
