Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development
    • Plan and develop new pastry menus that meet the highest quality standards
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs and cooks
    • Develop and implement effective training programs
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food products meet the highest quality and safety standards
    • Implement and maintain effective food safety protocols
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are properly stored and rotated
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
