About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Sakura Distributors Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management structures.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Work Environment
