About the Role

M.D. Auto Corporation is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Human Resources: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and provide solutions to administrative problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
