About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office environment, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and secure working space.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Prepare and submit periodic and special reports, as well as perform data entry tasks to support our business operations.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize various software applications, including Microsoft Office, to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management.
Working Conditions
