About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, QuickBooks, SharePoint, and other relevant software.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed and maintained.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
