Job Summary:
Farm Credit Canada is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Supervisor to lead our administrative support teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day activities, troubleshooting, and requests for information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Facilities team to procure and vendor-manage national contracts.
- Manage the delivery of day-to-day activities, troubleshooting, and requests for information.
- Oversee corporate-wide reception, mail distribution services, and business unit administration.
- Build and foster relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage service coverage, efficient workflow, and scheduling, and the operating budget and service contracts.
- Support the Facilities team on budget analysis and variance reporting.
- Provide performance management and workload planning leadership to the team.
- Coach and mentor direct reports on goal setting and career development plans.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline and at least three years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- In-depth knowledge of FCC physical security policy and employee access processes.
- Working knowledge of vendor management, Canadian Labour Code, and OH&S requirements.
- Formal or informal experience in leading, coaching, and performance management.
