Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our Specialized Services department. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat clients using evidence-based approaches, including harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the inter-professional clinical team.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-management.
  • Collaborate with community resources and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline, plus two years of recent related experience.
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
