About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with responding to and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and products as required.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in process improvement opportunities, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
