Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Planning: Assist customers in planning their travel, including booking reservations, quoting fares, and providing information on routes and schedules.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments, handle cash, and manage customer transactions.
  • Office and Cleaning Duties: Perform a variety of office and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Numeracy and Communication Skills: Strong numeracy and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and the use of a computer, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
