We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, adding joy to their lives, and leveraging our products to tell stories that connect them to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, building relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
  • Curate product collections for each customer, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience
  • Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and diversity, fostering a welcoming environment for all customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
