We are in search of a Project Coordinator who will be instrumental in facilitating communication, providing insightful analysis, and maintaining documentation for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction in project management. As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass project oversight, process enhancement, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the comprehensive lifecycle management of designated projects
  • Creating, overseeing, and optimizing project timelines
  • Collaborating with both internal teams and external partners
  • Performing cost-benefit evaluations and risk assessments
  • Implementing process improvement strategies
  • Engaging in continuous learning and skill enhancement across various domains

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management and process optimization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge or experience in the transportation sector is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Resilient, adaptable, and a critical thinker
