Position Overview

As a Logistics Operations Supervisor at Square Delivery Solutions Corp., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our logistics team. Your leadership will ensure that our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Instruct team members on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to management.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the effective functioning of all equipment.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Work Coordination: Organize, delegate, and review tasks among team members.
  • Resource Management: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients post-sale to offer continued support.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
