**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Warehouse Lead. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Regina warehouse, ensuring that all inventory-related activities are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the entire Regina Value Parts and PDI Warehouse, ensuring that all processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Branch, Shop, and Yard Managers to develop and implement strategies that improve warehouse processes and reduce costs.
  • Assist the Parts Manager in managing all aspects of parts inventory within the parts system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Optimize PDI Parts Department processes to ensure that parts are available for Shop work that is planned, scheduled, assigned, and completed on time and within quoted costs.
  • Maintain warehouse standards consistent with Lean 5S principles, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are organized and efficient.
  • Assist in analyzing departmental operations and storage layout, revising as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Report on key metrics, such as production efficiency, profitability, gross margin, on-time delivery, etc.
  • Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Work closely with parts, sales, attachment coordinators, whole good coordinators, and traffic departments to coordinate parts, inventory, and service delivery.
  • Ensure that equipment and facilities are available and safe for employee use.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to perform work-related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions (extreme heat/cold, icy/slippery conditions).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Physical fitness to manually handle all goods, steel, and products as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
