Warehouse Operations Manager

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all inventory is accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient receipt of goods, managing inventory and distribution to meet business needs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all inventory is accurately stored and easily accessible, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track inventory levels, warehouse operations, and team performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Leadership: Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, and/or managerial experience, with a strong ability to motivate and coach others.
- Skills: Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to operate a computerized inventory scanning and tracking system.
- Certifications: Certified to operate all lift equipment, trained in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods and the handling of firearms.
