**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the warehouse team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with branch, shop, and yard managers to optimize warehouse processes, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the parts manager in managing inventory within the parts system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Optimize PDI parts department processes to ensure timely delivery of parts to shop work.
  • Maintain warehouse standards consistent with Lean 5S principles, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Analyze departmental operations and storage layout, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Report on key metrics, including production efficiency, profitability, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate the flow of paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with parts, sales, attachment coordinators, whole good coordinators, and traffic departments to coordinate inventory and service delivery.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are available and safe for employee use.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
