Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Custom Hardware Distributors. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process incoming requisitions, prepare and track work orders, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, and store items in a safe and organized manner.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral and written communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company safety protocols.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and perform tasks that require physical effort.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, and punctuality.
