Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Port Moody Kidz Venture Club Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing support to our staff and clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries with professionalism.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence and documents accurately.
  • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties as needed.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word).
Personal Attributes
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Additional Information
  • This is a permanent position.
