Work Environment

The position is based in a retail/wholesale establishment or distribution center, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.

Financial Responsibilities

Responsible for managing budgets ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000 and $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions and divisions.
  • Establish organizational objectives and approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and oversee human resources planning.
Supervisory Role

Supervision of 1 to 10 staff members is expected, depending on departmental needs.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Windows is required.
