Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
  • Document and report all incidents and security-related activities
  • Investigate standard incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Valid Security License for Ontario
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved provider)
  • Able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
  • Capable of extensive site patrolling
  • Proficient in English communication (oral and written)
