- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
