Law Firm Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Firm Manager to join our team at Oware Law Office.
Job Summary:The Legal Firm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our law firm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, marketing business services, planning and directing research, and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they are working at optimal levels.
- Market business services to attract new clients and grow our business.
- Plan and direct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
- Plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of our establishments.
- Represent the company within various economic and social organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
The Legal Firm Manager will supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively.
Security and Safety:Candidates must undergo a criminal record check prior to employment.
Transportation/Travel Information:Own transportation is required, but public transportation is also available.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- Attention to detail is essential for this role.
- The work environment is fast-paced, with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is critical.
- Client focus is essential for this role.
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player are all required.
