About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Operations Manager to join our team at Oware Law Office. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our law firm, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Market our business services to potential clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Plan and direct research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Represent the company at various economic and social organizations, fostering relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring they align with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
