Position Overview

We are seeking an Office Administration Associate to become a vital part of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a range of routine administrative functions, including the dispatch of documents, equipment, or correspondence, data entry, scanning or filing, and requisitioning supplies or equipment.
  • Oversee communication and ensure the precision and quality of information.
  • Transcribe data from various documents or databases following established protocols.
  • Address a variety of inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with projects or new initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Administrative Technician certification or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom setting and familiarity with mailroom equipment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive outlook.
  • Proven willingness and ability to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • No prior Canadian work experience is necessary; however, eligibility to work in Canada is required.
